How we work
Every job starts with a phone scope — what you need, why, and when. For removal and demolition we prepare a site-specific control plan, carry out the work under licence, and dispose of the waste through a licensed facility. For testing and inspection work we sample under controlled conditions and use a NATA-accredited laboratory partner.
On completion you get the documentation that closes out the job — waste disposal receipts, clearance certificates, or written lab reports as the work requires. That's the paperwork councils, builders, conveyancers, insurers, and regulators actually ask to see.
Credentials
Removal licensing
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland A-Class (friable) and B-Class (non-friable) asbestos removal licences — the full credentialed scope for bonded and friable work.
Assessor & laboratory
Inspection, audit and clearance work is carried out by a licensed Asbestos Assessor, with sample analysis through a NATA-accredited laboratory partner.
End to end
Holding both removal licences and the assessor credential means one team handles testing, removal, disposal, demolition, and clearance — one contractor, one control plan, one set of paperwork.
